1. About MachineJunction

MachineJunction (www.machinejunction.in) is an online marketplace where sellers can list used industrial machinery and buyers can find machines and contact sellers. MachineJunction is a platform that connects buyers and sellers. We are not the owner, seller, buyer or agent of any machine listed on the website.

2. Using the website

By using MachineJunction you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

You must provide correct information when you register, list a machine, submit an enquiry or post a requirement. You are responsible for keeping your account password safe.

3. For sellers

You may list only machines that you own or are authorised to sell. Listings must have accurate titles, descriptions, photos, year, condition, price and location.

Our team reviews listings before they are published and may edit, reject, pause or remove any listing at any time, for example if it is inaccurate, duplicated, misleading or against these terms.

You agree that the contact details saved in your seller profile may be shown to buyers who submit an enquiry on your listing.

Listing a machine on MachineJunction is currently free. We may introduce paid features in the future and will tell you before any charges apply.

4. For buyers

To see a seller's contact details you submit your name and mobile number. By doing so you agree that the seller, and MachineJunction, may contact you about the listing.

Please do not submit false details or use seller contact details for anything other than the enquiry you made.

5. Deals between buyers and sellers

All discussions, price negotiation, inspection, payment, transport and paperwork happen directly between the buyer and the seller. MachineJunction does not handle payments and is not a party to any deal.

We strongly recommend that buyers inspect the machine in person (or through a trusted inspector), check ownership and documents, and make payment only after they are satisfied. MachineJunction does not guarantee the condition, quality, legality, ownership or price of any machine, or the identity or behaviour of any user.

6. Things you must not do

Do not list stolen, illegal or banned goods, post false or misleading information, copy other people's photos or listings without permission, send spam, try to hack or disrupt the website, or collect other users' details for any purpose other than a genuine enquiry.

7. Content you upload

You keep ownership of the photos and text you upload. By uploading them you give MachineJunction permission to display them on the website and in related promotion of your listing. You confirm that you have the right to upload them.

8. Limit of responsibility

The website and its content are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MachineJunction is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from the use of the website, from any listing, or from any deal made between users, and does not promise that the website will always be available or error free.

9. Suspending accounts

We may suspend or remove accounts or listings that break these terms or that we reasonably believe are harmful to other users or to the website.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, with its date. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of India.
