Description

An industrial tray dryer designed for controlled batch drying of industrial, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and other moisture-sensitive materials. Kerone designs tray dryers according to the required material characteristics, drying conditions, production requirement and process parameters. The dryer is constructed as a double-walled cabinet with insulation between the walls to reduce heat transfer. Stainless steel trays are arranged on racks or movable trolleys depending on the configuration. Available configurations include 6, 12, 24, 48, 96 and 192 trays. Standard trays are manufactured from SS 304, while SS 316 construction can be provided on request. The system can be equipped with a digital temperature indicator, process timer, motor connector, overcurrent relay, fuses, indicating lamps, push buttons and a main isolator switch. Air circulation is designed to provide uniform airflow across the trays for consistent drying. Kerone provides customised tray dryer systems based on the application and process requirements.
